At Black Teacher Collaborative (BTC), we build great Black teachers for Black children. Black children thrive in schools where Black educators are developed and supported. BTC’s professional development programs equip Black educators with the tools, strategies, and community they need to excel. Comprehensive Professional Development for Black Educators
We offer Single-Session Workshops for targeted, high-impact learning and Multi-Session Learning Tracks for deeper engagement and sustained growth. Each session is designed to equip educators with the tools and knowledge to create culturally affirming, rigorous, student-centered learning environments that center Black children1s genius, wonder, power, and beauty-environments where Black children can thrive. Our programs are tailored for educators at all career stages, from new teachers to experienced instructors, helping them build on their strengths and continue their impact in the classroom.
